I am a portrait, music, travel, and culture photographer and entertainment photo editor based in Los Angeles, CA and Asheville, NC. I've earned degrees in Visual Media and International Studies from American University (Washington, DC) and in Photography from Art Center College of Design. My work has been commissioned by magazines, music labels, fashion designers, and travel and non-profit clients. When not on-site for work in Los Angeles, I travel North America in a camper van with my husband.

Some of my favorite things include getting lost in new cities, wildlife spotting, chocolate, loud music, and dancing (usually not very well). I've been enlisted to speak on photography, image, and music on several occasions including: the Fashion and Music panel at the UC Davis Fashion Conference; the Supersites panel for APA LA; Ammunition Radio's broadcast on bands' images; and as a guest-instructor in the Editorial Photography class at OTIS College of Art and Design. I have served on the board of ASMP Los Angeles and was a pro-bono consultant through Taproot Foundation. I am a proud activist and "Good Trouble"-maker, having served on a planning committee for an ACLU official event, a committee for the March For Science, Los Angeles, and as a volunteer for the Rock Camp For Girls L.A. First Ever Gala.
